This article aims to clarify our understanding of cyborg -- its subjectivity and principles of survival. Having the metaphor of intersubjectivity between man and machine, cyborgs are cybernetic organisms living in the cyberspace coupled with reality and virtuality. The emergence of cyborgs blurs the boundary between nature and the artifact, and in the meantime a tension occurs when man and machine fight for control over each other. Being the contemporary human beings` ontology, cyborgs would not be feminists, counter-cultural activists, or postmodernists, but the hybrid subjects who might lose control while attempting to do so.
