Tibetan Plateau is also called "Roof of the world", for the sake adapting to the natural environment of the high altitude. Tibetans and the later ethnic immigrant all have certain changes physically, especially we need to pay attention to the special demand in nutrition. The Tibetan treat nutrition and medicine as two sides of an object. This article tries not only to discuss the basic conception of the Tibetan medicine but also to analyze the relation been daily food and medical treatment.
