    Abstract: 求企業有效連結銷體系，精確掌握市場需求變化，並迅速無誤地撮合買賣及完成交易，當前電子商務（ E-Commerce）及業電子 化（E-Business）的發展逐漸視融入供應鏈管理機制的電子交 易市集（E-Marketplace）一有效可行的解決方案。CPFR（ Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment）模式為供應鏈管理（Supply Chain Management）領域中新發展出的一種流程處理模式，主要強調供應鏈上協同合作流程（ Collaborative Processes）的概念，運用成員間的資訊分享，以及整合性企業流程來獲得供應鏈管 理之最佳績效。本研究將 CPFR 的流程及服務整合入電子交易市集平臺中，以建構出一具有 CPFR 流程特性之電子交易市集平台模式；同時，本研究更進一步依此模式，應用物件導向系統分析設計方法、XML及JAVA 開發工具等實作出一雛形系 統，以驗證所建構模式的可行性。
    For integrating the manufacturing strategy and marketing strategy effectively, controlling the change of market demand precisely, and concluding the transaction quickly as well as correctly, the development of the e-business trends to integrate the mechanism of supply chain management into the e-marketplace. CPFR (Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment) is a new developed model for supply chain management. It`s a process-oriented model that focuses on the idea of cooperation and gains the best performance by the information sharing and integration of the business processes. In this research, firstly we proposed a model that integrate the processes and services of CPFR into the e-marketplace. Then secondly, we used the object-oriented method, XML and JAVA tools to implement a prototype based on this proposed model to verify the goodness of the model.
