    Abstract: 知識經濟時代下，智慧資本已躍升為企業競爭力的重要來源之一，並攸關國家未 來長期發展；為提昇競爭力及獲取競爭優勢，企業實有必要對其智慧資本善加管理， 並進行合理評價。專利即為智慧資本中一重要要素，且對面臨產業結構從傳統的製造 導向轉為以強調專利等無形資產為導向之轉型期的我國而言，更趨重要。但至目前為 止，彙整與分析各種專利評價模式的研究仍相當少，將其進一步結合我國企業看法者 更是缺乏。然而建立一套適當且合乎實際之專利評價機制，實有助於瞭解企業真實價 值及幫助有效管理，亦有助融資、保險等活動的進行，俾提高市場效率及企業活力。 本計畫之目的係探討並嘗試建構適宜我國企業應用之專利評價模式。有鑑於日本 特許?所提出之模式考量層面多元、較為周延、且可進行企業間比較，因此本計畫擬 以特許?的評價模式為基礎進行探討。除了蒐集彙整相關文獻與資料，以具體深入地 瞭解特許?評價模式及進行各模式間之比較外，並實地訪談代表企業、銀行、投資機 構等相關人員，其意見則有助提昇評價模式之本土適用性及合理性。同時透過文獻彙 整、實地訪談及深入分析探討，嘗試建構適宜我國產業界應用之專利評價模式，俾補 充相關理論探討及助國內產業界提昇價值與競爭力。
