Title:	從英國國立學校領導學院之功能看校長專業能力的訓練

Abstract:	「今日的領導者，明日的世界(Today’s Leader, Tomorrow’s World)」，英國教育部鑑於培養學校領導者的重要性，選定在諾丁漢大學朱比利校區(Jubilee Campus of Nottingham University)結合諾丁漢大學的各項資源，在教育學院設置「國立學校領導學院(National College for School Leadership)」，作為培育英國學校領導者的搖籃，並發表設置計畫說明書(DfEE,1999)。英國首相Blair與教育部長Blunkett(1999)在設置英國國立學校領導學院計畫說明書的序文中指出：國立學校領導學院的設置是英國教育邁化專業現代化的最關鍵部份，它提供了學校領導和學校發展願景去提昇教育指標與理想。更重要地，它將作為訓練英國學校領導者之正確的專業能力去辦理高品質的教育，以帶領國家邁向二十一世紀。
