    Title: 建構臺灣教師在職進修體系之研究

    Abstract: 教師進修攸關教師的素質，是為教師專業生涯所必須進行的終身教育，同時也是教師的權利與義務。有鑑於當前國內教師進修面臨教師進修管道方式單一、內容無法反應教師實際需求的困境，因此，本研究致力於規劃建構出一整體性、進階性、專業性的教師進修研習課程，以提升教師的教學效能，進而促進我國教育品質的提升。

    Description: 本研究之研究方法主要採用文獻分析、文件分析法、深度訪談法、專家焦點座談，針對高級中等以下學校及幼稚園教師在職進修研習課程規劃蒐集資料與整合訪談、座談結果。整合結果與訪談資料後，最後依據主要研究發現，作成結論與建議。本研究得到的結論如下：一、歸納教師專業發展研習七大指標，做為教師研習進修辦理之依據；二、教師專業發展指標比重，在10年以下以「學科知識與教材教法」及「班級經營與學生輔導」進修為主，11年以上「專業態度與研究知能」、「教育管理與教學領導」進修為重；三、教師專業發展之研習進修課程內涵，分為基本、進階及專業三大類；四、教師進修研習系統歸納為「中央層級」、「縣市政府層級」、「鄉鎮市區層級」、「學校層級」、「教師個人層級」五大系統。
