Abstract:	校長的學校領導工作推動日理萬機，在自身的時間品質管理策略中，除了使身體、心智、情感與心靈在生命中達到平衡之外，在實際的時間品質管理策略與校長專業知能的領導作為要如何具體實踐？本文從柯維的八個習慣來探討，期望從如何融入並落實於校長的時間品質管理策略，以「用腦做計畫、用手來執行、用心來評估、用靈來服務」四項核心技術作為時間品質管理的理論基礎，以「腦→手→心→靈」的全人思維模式，在個人卓越的追求時依據著願景、自律、熱情與良知，從時間品質管理策略來促進校長們從校務發展、行政管理、教學領導、公共關係、專業責任來追求組織卓越，並提供時間品質管理策略，作為校長們增進學校經營與領導效能之參考。關鍵字：時間品質管理，校長專業知能
