    Title: 從教育政治學看同儕灰猩猩效應對教師專業學習社群的啟示

    Abstract: 由於知識變遷快速，邁向終身學習的新時代，業已成為世界主要國家的教育趨勢，而欲促進教師之專業發展，領導者應該朝教師專業學習社群有效的發展，如同灰猩猩效應的學習過程，必須透過適當的支持系統，才有能力去承諾和支持專業的學習。因此，本文首先就同儕灰猩猩效應的理論內涵，歸納出同儕灰猩猩效應的支持系統包括：（1）領導的支持系統；（2）師傅的支持系統；（3）同儕的支持系統；（4）完形經驗的支持系統等四大向度。其次，經由同儕灰猩猩效應的支持系統應用，從教育政治學觀點看同儕灰猩猩效應對教師專業學習社群的啟示：（1）實踐校長的分佈領導；（2）培育校園中的灰猩猩老師；（3）建構同儕支持的校園文化；（4）打造教師專業對話的完形環境。據以提供學校發展教師專學習社群的參考。
