    Title: 教導型組織核心技術對國小校長營造良性組織循環之啟示

    Abstract: 學校經營強調教育品質的提升,校長是學校經營的「靈魂」人物,攸關學校經營的良窳,近年來教育改革強調教育鬆綁、學校本位管理、績效責任、發展學校特色,成為學校經營追求的目標,如能透過「教導型組織」理論的了解,與「核心技術」的應用,有助於當前教育改革之際,校長對於學校組織教導的啟示。因此,本文首先從教導型組織探討歸納出,教導型組織理論內涵包括:(1)成功的領導人親自負責培養其他領導人;(2)成功的領導人都有一套值得傳授的心得與看法;(3)領導人善用自己的真實故事來激勵他人;(4)成功的領導人員都有一套詳細的領導培育計畫等四大向度。其次,經由探討分析教導型組織理論核心技術,找出「想法」、「價值」「感召力」、「膽識」等四大核心技術向度,構成教導型組織「理念」關鍵,成為打造教導型組織,成功領導人的教導中心思想。最後,本文以國民小學校長運用教導型組織核心技術對學校組織良性教導循環因果關係模式的實證性研究結果驗證分析,發現國民小學校長的教導型組織技術對於學校組織良性教導循環的影響的指標皆佳, t值皆達顯著水準,模式內部結構佳、建構效度佳,可以看出互動模式的基本適配度良好。顯現出國民小學校長「教導型組織技術」與「組織良性教導循環」有互動因果關係存在。顯示出本模式具有良好的契合度與適配度,此研究結果提供國民小學校長在學校經營時運用「教導型組織技術」的參考,幫助校長們更有效能地使用教導型組織技術來營造良性的學校組織循環。

    Description: This text focus on the implication of the core skills module of teaching organization to build virtuous organization`s cycle for principals In Taiwan Elementary School. Based on the research findings, the suggestions are provided to the educational administration institution and the principals of the elementary schools for the improvement of school management and the reinforcement of school performance. The interacted influence on “Build Virtuous Organization’s Cycle” imposed by “core skills module of teaching organization” is significant on threes aspects: the fit of preliminary model, overall model fit, and the fit of internal structure of model. They are also in accordance with the regulation of evaluation index and reach the best model fit.The result of this study offer elementary school principals use reference on “core skills module of teaching organization” while managing in the school. To help the elementary school principals to use the core skills module of teaching organization to build the benign school to organize circulation having virtuous organization`s cycle more efficiency even more.
