Title:	課程創新與教師的自我創化

Abstract:	本文在理論基礎方面結合演化論與系統理論，在實務方面則結合教師專業發展與課程發展，作為教師個人追求自我成長與自我創化的基礎，也作為學校追求課程創新以及協助教師專業發展的基礎。演化論的觀點強調連續與漸變、累積與複雜、分化與多樣性、開放與不可決定性，演化的歷程則由變異、選擇與保存三種機制構成。系統思考的特性包括注重整體、注重動態結構與注重回饋歷程。因此，本文採契克森米哈賴（Csikszentmihalyi）關於創造力的系統模式，並加以創造性的轉化，應用於教師個人層次的專業發展與課程轉化，也應用於學校社群層次的團隊運作與課程創新歷程。在教師個人層次，本文提出了教師的自我創化模式，並論述創造思考、批判思考、課程/教學信念系統三者之間的關係，以及三者背後的影響因素或相關系統。在學校社群層次，本文提出了學校課程創新與社群團隊創造之系統演化模式，並論述創意教師、守門社群、課程/教學知識庫三者之間的關係，以及三者背後的影響因素或相關系統。本文同時也為學校的實務社群之團隊運作歷程，提出了可操作的模式。配合這些模式的運作，知識管理的技巧無論是對個人或對學校來說，都顯得相當重要。
