    Abstract: 本研究嘗試以知識管理的概念，應用在對台灣來說是新興的創新機構---育成中心---的引進與推動。經個案訪談國內較早涉入育成中心業務的幾個機構---經濟部中小企業處、工研院創業育成中心、台大創新育成中心、成大創新育成中心、元智創新育成中心等經理人，記錄、分析、並歸納獲得以下的研究發現：1.育成中心的核心知識為：(1)對於技術創新過程(Innovation process)及創業發展(Venture development)各階段的內涵與關鍵要素的掌握(Know-what & know-when)；(2)了解創業廠商在技術、市場、團隊、及財務各方面能力的進展(Know-who)及所需的各方面支援與輔導；(3)瞭解育成中心、開發主體、及其網路關係(Know-who)所能提供的資源(Know-where)，發展出將這些資源轉化為廠商助力的機制與網路關係的能力(Know-how)；(4)對於進駐廠商的招攬與評選，達到一個適當的廠商組合(Portfolio)。2.國內育成中心的概念來源是源自於國外，主要是來自於美國、日本、及香港的育成中心。3.育成中心的規劃與運作多半以「替代學習」的方式進行知識的引進，也就是育成中心藉由向其他育成組織去瞭解其情境、學習其策略、作業流程、及管理方式等，獲得二手的經驗。4.本研究將育成中心的知識加值工作分為四個類型：(1)交易型工作：主要是一般行政服務；(2)專家型工作：包括專業諮詢、教育訓練課程、及協助申請政府研發補助計畫；(3)整合型工作：包括整合開發主體各部門及外界資金來源管道；(4)合作型工作：主要是對廠商的進駐申請審查。5.育成中心透過以下的方式進行知識與經驗的流通：(1)舉辦聯誼會；(2)拓展網絡關係；(3)舉辦研討會、座談會；(4)建立資料庫。6.育成中心的知識資本包含：(1)人力資本：包括開發主體高階主管、育成中心經理人、審查委員、諮詢專家、開發主體內高素質的人才等；(2)結構資本：包括行政資訊系統及組織文化；(3)顧客資本：包括進駐的新創企業與已畢業廠商。最後並提出對育成中心及其開發主體的建議。
