    摘要: 隨著全球化與資訊化的影響下,企業需要注入更多的彈性於其勞動系統中,以解決國內外之高度競爭壓力。派遣勞動不但可提供企業所需的勞動彈性外,同時可免除部分雇用責任,並且讓企業具有掌控勞工之權利。本研究發現,企業運用派遣勞工的動機主要有:滿足勞動彈性之需求、減少勞動成本、作為招募員工之橋樑及需要派遣勞工之專業技術等四點。大部分受訪的企業可透過雇用派遣勞工的策略來増加競爭優勢。而在雙雇主制度與異動率高之派遣勞動本質影響下,改變了傳統的勞資關係。基本上,派遣勞工的勞動條件皆不如典型勞工。
