    Abstract: 本文旨在探討荒野保護協會的志工管理模式，透過文獻分析與深度訪談的方式，從志工招募、志工甄選與志工訓練的角度，去呈現荒野保護協會在實務運作上所反映的特色與問題；除此之外，本文亦運用社會資本的概念，嘗試由規範、網絡與信任這三個要素，來剖析志工管理與社會資本在整合上的可能性。由於本研究的定位在於「建構假設」，因此，未來尚須進行更深入的研究與探討，以強化本研究之論證校度。
