    Abstract: 本文以整體性的「構形」觀點，提出4種跨組織資訊科技構形，來描繪出不同網路組織其資訊科技整體應用方式。並採個案研究方式，進行網路組織與跨組織資訊科技構形的配合關係研究。研究結果發現，本文所提出的4種跨組織資訊科技構形的確可描述網路組織中整體性的資訊科技應用方式。網路組織類型與跨組織資訊科技構形之間，可能存有多對多的關係。又在網路組織中，加值網路中心地位日益重要，除扮演多方參與者資訊溝通與資訊傳遞的仲介角色外，也多主導了跨組織資訊系統規劃事宜。研究主要貢獻是使不同網路組織類型如何應用資訊科技的問題，得到初步整體上的釐清。且欲參與某個網路組織的參與者，可根據本文所提跨組織資訊科技構形，事先調整本身的資訊管理方式，以配合整個網路組織的資訊科技應用。
    Based on the perspective of configuration, this paper proposes four types of inter- organizational information technology (IT) configu-rations to describe the whole pictures of information management in different network organizations. The case reserach strategy was adopted to study the fit of network organizations and inter-organizational IT configurations. The reserach results have shown that the proposed four IT configurations can describe the whole IT management issues in network organizations. It is likely to have many-to-many mappings between the types of network organizations and IT configurations. In addition, the importance of value-added network nodes has been increasing. They manage the message exchange among participants as well as may lead the inter-organizational information system planning. The main contri-bution of this research is to give the whole pictures of IT management in network organizations. For those who intend to participate in a network organization, they may adjust their internal IT management ways to conform the inter-organizational IT applications based on the proposed IT configurations in this paper.
