Bob Jessop and his disciples have made a great contribution to the development of the method of articulation that can be used to establish state theory for describing the mode of domination and rule of the state. Yet there exist deficiencies in the method they developed and at times it was hard to apply and articulate the concept used by other theories. This paper tries to correct the deficiencies and expand their method by referring to the problematics which was based on reality. Afterwards, the method of articulation will be a workable instrument for constructing the framework of state theory.
