Title:	政黨配票與立法委員候選人票源的集散度：一九八三年至一九九五年台灣地區立法委員選舉的分析

Abstract:	本篇論文的主要目的是從SNTV制度導致的政黨配票與候選人票源的集散度為切入點，來探討我國政黨競爭的本質與政黨政治的發展。本研究以一九八三年至一九九五年的五次立法委員選舉為分析的基礎，研究發現指出：第一，國民黨以責任區為主要配票方式，配合地方派系來區隔候選人票源，因此它的候選人票源較集中，而民進黨與新黨缺乏像國民黨一般綿密的基層組織與地方派系以為支援，因此其候選人得票較分散；第二，從長期來觀察，國民黨候選人的票源即使比其它黨候選人來得較集中，卻有愈來愈分散的趨勢，此一愈趨分散的態勢尤以自一九八九年以降最為明顯；第三，地方派系支持的候選人票源較集中，只是此一票源集中的現象也有下降的現象，這顯示地方派系隨著社會經濟的發展與反對勢力的茁壯，其在選舉中的影響力已有下跌的趨勢。這在在顯示出了當反對黨崛起且漸漸茁壯之後，國民黨以地方的基層組織與地方派系以為支援的責任區配票制度已不像過去一般具有成效。
