    摘要: 世界上的語言分為聲調語言和非聲調語言,對母語為非聲調語言的華語學習者而言,華語聲調是其學習的難點之一,這可能與其母語中不具有能區辨語義之聲調有所關聯。然而,我們已知學習者認為聲調很難,但是難在哪裡?又為什麼很難?本研究以分析十五位於德國學習華語之大學生在感知和產出各64個華語雙音節詞彙時所產生的偏誤,欲進一步討論學習者在感知和產出兩方面容易產生的偏誤類型、是否有較容易學習的聲調、以及較困難的聲調組合。最後我們亦進行了一個訪談,以暸解學習者對華語聲調的學習過程和經驗。我們發現了在感知方面,學習者的四個聲調偏誤率由高至低為:T3、T2、T4、T1,所有雙音節詞彙聲調組合中偏誤率最高的是T2+T3和T3+T2,最低的是T1+T1。在產出方面,四個聲調偏誤率由高至低為:T3、T4、T2、T1,所有雙音節詞彙聲調組合中偏誤率最高的是T3+T4,最低的是T1+T2。
    Languages around the world are divided into tonal and non-tonal languages. For Chinese learners whose native language is a non-tonal language, Chinese tones present a significant challenge. This may be related to the lack of semantically discriminative tones in their native language. While it is known that learners find tones difficult, what exactly makes them so difficult? And why is it so difficult? This study analyzed the errors made by 15 university students studying Chinese in Germany when perceiving and producing 64 Chinese disyllabic words. The study aimed to further explore the types of errors learners are most likely to make in both perception and production, and to determine whether there are tones that are easier to learn and tones that are more difficult to learn. Finally, we conducted interviews to understand learners' learning processes and experiences with Chinese tones. We found that, in terms of perception, learners' error rates for the four tones, from highest to lowest, were: T3, T2, T4, and T1. Among all disyllabic tone combinations, the highest error rates were for T2+T3 and T3+T2, while the lowest was for T1+T1. In terms of production, the error rates for the four tones, from highest to lowest, were: T3, T4, T2, and T1. Among all disyllabic tone combinations, the highest error rate was for T3+T4, while the lowest was for T1+T2.
