    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討中美貿易戰與科技戰背景下,NVIDIA 在台灣的供應鏈佈局所 面臨的挑戰與因應策略。研究時間範圍涵蓋 2018 年至 2024 年,期間中美兩國 針對高科技產業,特別是半導體與 AI 晶片,祭出關稅、出口管制與技術審查等 多項政策,對全球供應鏈造成劇烈衝擊。台灣作為 NVIDIA 重要的生產與合作 基地,承擔先進製程、封裝測試與系統整合等關鍵角色,在去風險化與供應鏈 重組浪潮下展現戰略價值。
    本研究採用個案分析法,輔以 SWOT 分析策略矩陣等工具,針對 NVIDIA 在台 供應鏈之優劣勢進行診斷,並提出分散產能、強化治理、深化在地合作等多項 策略建議。研究結果顯示,在地緣政治與技術限制持續升高的情勢下,台灣供 應鏈不僅應強化自身韌性,更須與國際企業建立多元、長期且高互信的夥伴關係。
    This study investigates the impact of the U.S.-China trade war, particularly from 2018 to 2024, on NVIDIA's supply chain layout in Taiwan. As trade tensions intensified, U.S. export restrictions—especially those targeting high-end AI chips—have reshaped NVIDIA's global operational strategy. Taiwan, as a key partner in semiconductor manufacturing, packaging, and system integration, has played a crucial role in NVIDIA’s supply chain resilience. Through an in-depth case study approach, this research integrates policy analysis, supply chain risk theory, and strategic tools such as SWOT to examine the dual pressures and opportunities faced by both NVIDIA and its Taiwanese suppliers. The findings suggest that Taiwan’s technological capability and geopolitical neutrality offer a strategic advantage, yet the growing complexity of international regulations demands proactive risk diversification and ecosystem-level collaboration. This research concludes by proposing integrated supply chain strategies and practical recommendations for Taiwanese firms to enhance their global positioning amid geopolitical uncertainty.
