Abstract: | 為因應全球氣候協定的要求,各國紛紛制定更嚴格的排放標準,在限制燃油車銷售的同時,也為電動車產業創造了蓬勃發展的契機。隨著時間推移與技術進步,消費者在選購電動車時的選擇日益多元,購車習慣亦大幅改變。由於政策推動與市場需求同步驅動,全球電動車銷量呈現持續攀升的趨勢,且此現象並非區域性個案,而是在全球多個主要經濟體中均有類似的發展軌跡。 在這股浪潮下,台灣也積極與國際接軌,推動相關政策,打造有利於電動車發展的市場環境,使市場上的產品選擇與配套措施日益完善。然而,與各大車廠積極發展電動乘用車的熱潮相比,電動商用車的潛力卻往往被市場所忽視。 事實上,商用車與民眾日常生活息息相關,無論是電商物流的興起,亦或是建築工程的發展,皆仰賴各式商用車進行貨物運輸與作業支援。當「全面電動化」已成為多國政策主軸,商用車勢必也將面臨轉型壓力,其電動化進程勢不可免。 因此,本研究將透過不同面向分析全球與台灣電動化的發展程度與現況,進而評估當前是否應持續推進電動車策略。其次,將透過產業分析深入探討台灣商用車市場的結構與需求,評估其是否具備電動化的契機。最後,將以目前於台灣率先推出並量產電動商用車的D公司為研究對象,分析其策略佈局與執行成果,進一步判斷其引進母公司電動商用車產品的策略是否可行,並提出未來發展建議。此研究不僅期望為D公司提供策略參考,也為台灣電動商用車市場的發展提出前瞻性的見解。 In response to international climate agreements, many countries have introduced stricter emission regulations, limiting the sale of fuel-powered vehicles and accelerating the development of electric vehicles (EVs). With technological advancements and changing consumer habits, EV options have increased significantly, leading to steady growth in global EV sales across major economies. Taiwan has actively aligned with this trend, resulting in a diverse EV market and improved supporting infrastructure. However, while electric passenger vehicles have gained widespread attention, the potential of electric commercial vehicles remains underexplored. Commercial vehicles are essential to daily life—from logistics driven by e-commerce to construction activities—yet their electrification is often overlooked. As full electrification becomes a national priority, commercial vehicles will inevitably face similar transformation. This study aims to assess the current state of global and local EV development, evaluate the suitability of Taiwan’s commercial vehicle market for electrification, and analyze the strategy of Company D—the first to launch and mass-produce electric commercial vehicles in Taiwan. The goal is to determine whether importing EVs from its parent company is a viable strategy and to provide forward-looking recommendations for both Company D and the broader market. |
