    Abstract: 本研究計劃，嘗試以近期國際社工研究所關注的管理主義與專業角力的主題，探索台灣家庭福利中心人員如何回應近期政府管理主義改革之議題。研究結果亦將與國際相關改革經驗進行對話，以了解台灣經驗的特殊意義。本研究貢獻為：（1）由本土實務人員度角, 獲得社工基層對管理主義的想法與態度，以尋求對社工去專業化危機的可能突破。(2) 可在國際此一研究領域，提供台灣寶貴的實務經驗。
