Abstract:	本研究從人類發展視角關注族群文化的指引及保護功能，透過部落工作者的生命敘事，理解族群文化如何指引部落工作者於國家、社會、族群及自身軸線的挪移調整。部落工作者同時面對國家政策、部落文化，及自己身兼族人及服務提供者的身分，他們時時不斷地學習、實踐、反省、創新，不斷地尋找那個能平衡國家、部落及自身的位置。在文化軸線之間的挪移調整是很重要的文化能力，且是文化韌性的表現。本研究探索文化韌性的養成，族群文化如何成為一個人的發展性資產，及這個正向資產如何促進正向適應。研究成果能反饋至原住民族相關的照顧、教育、托育、福利服務及政策，並能提出具體建議讓能促進原住民族正向發展的文化經驗落實於生活。
