Abstract:	討論長照服務與文化照顧的關係，通常是談常態性長照中如何融入文化照顧；但衛福部2016年公布的16項長照2.0服務項目中，明列有專門針對原住民族的「原住民族地區社區整合式服務」，這個方案是最有機會實踐文化照顧的。本研究選擇這項長照方案作為檢視對象，討論一個以服務原住民族為目的的方案如何在行政過程中無法提供文化適切的照顧。這個方案於2018年公布，第一期核定5處，但結束前只有一處成立；第二期核定7處，合計12處。執行過程中，承接的組織經驗到很多行政流程的要求，導致計畫執行的停滯。這些基層執行者所認為的「不合理」要求提供了本研究探討台灣實踐文化照顧的寶貴經驗。
