    Abstract: 本研究計畫以自行建構的晶圓代工產業資料庫，輔以購置的工廠層級數據，進行生產彈性對生產力影響的研究，結果顯示水平競爭將導致產品品質在垂直面向的差異。透過研析聯電(UMC)退出高階製程研發，以及美國政府限制華為使用台積電(TSMC)代工的高階製程晶片，這兩個重要事件對該產業廠商生產力均造成重大的影響。因此，這個研究對制定相關的產業政策將具有極大的意義。
