    Title: 都市更新案對周圍風環境與熱環境之影響—以集合住宅為例

    Abstract: 都市更新是為改善都市環境之重要方法之一,然而,對於未達法令規定之建築規模或非屬於管制地區之開發案而言,其對於環境影響是無法以規範機制予以檢核。因此,藉由都市更新前後的風環境與熱環境之模擬分析比對,以釐清都市更新後對於周邊區域居住環境品質之影響狀況及受其影響之範圍,是非常重要的研究工作。 本研究係透過都市更新住宅案例在更新前後與相關環境因子進行分析,藉由 CFD (Computational fluid dynamics)模擬方式來釐清都市更新完成後周邊風環境與熱環境之影響狀況。針對更新完成後對周邊環境產生之環境影響,則可於更新前先行改善調整,以創造更優質之生活居住空間。 同時,本研究亦探討建築物之調整(例如:低樓層退縮、棟距調整、鋪面材質更改)是否將影響更新後之風環境與熱環境,並最終提出未來相關之規劃改善建議。
    Urban renewal is one of the most important ways to improve the urban environment. However, for projects that fail to meet the requirements of the law for the size of buildings or non-controlled areas, their environmental impact can not be checked by normative mechanisms. Therefore, it is very important research to compare and analyze the wind environment and the thermal environment before and after urban renewal to clarify the impact of urban renewal on the quality of living environment in the surrounding area.This study analyzed the environmental factors through the urban renewal case before and after the update, and used the CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulation method to clarify the impact of the ambient wind and thermal environment after the completion of the urban renewal. In response to the environmental impact on the surrounding environment after the completion of the renewal, we can improve and adjust before updating so as to create a better living space for living.At the same time, the study also explores whether the adjustment of buildings (such as low floor retreat, building height adjustment and pavement material changes) will affect the updated wind and thermal environment and ultimately propose future improvement suggestions.
