Title:	綠建築之造價成本分析比較研究

Abstract:	綠建築標章自1999年9月起開始接受申請，經過多年的推動與宣導，截至2017年12月底止，綠建築標章已累積有6,700餘件。雖然有許多建築物取得綠建築標章，但建築開發商於綠建築建造費用仍存在著疑慮，認為興建綠建築的成本遠高於一般建築物成本，此觀念亦成為綠建築推行之嚴重阻力。本研究擬針對取得綠建築標章之實際案例，進行綠建築造價成本調查分析，再與一般建築造價進行比較，以釐清建築物造價的影響因子，並透過不同等級的綠建築案例，分析其建造費用，期望對於未來綠建築推廣更具公信力，進而提升綠建築相關政策推動之成效。基此，本研究預期成果即效益為：（一）完成國內外綠建築造價資料蒐集與分析；（二）完成綠建築與一般建築造價成本比較分析；（三）完成不同等級綠建築標章建築物造價之關聯性分析，並研提後續綠建築推廣建議。
