Abstract: | 隨著生成式AI技術的迅速發展及ESG永續議題的日益受到關注,企業正面臨數位化轉型與永續治理並行的雙重挑戰。電源供應器產業作為電子設備的關鍵支援系統,產品開發除了需追求高效能與高度可靠性外,更必須符合能源效率提升與環保設計等國際標準。本研究以C公司研發部門為個案,探討其如何推動「數位轉型」與「ESG轉型」的雙軸策略,並聚焦於研發流程中所採行的具體措施與其轉型成效。 研究首先釐清C公司研發部門所面臨的七項主要挑戰,包括:開發週期日益縮短、平台架構延展性不足、除錯流程效率偏低、報告撰寫標準不一、技術經驗傳承斷層、新平台導入風險偏高,以及永續材料推動受限等問題。接續分析其在數位轉型方面導入自動化測試平台、模擬設計工具與BOM整合系統等數位化技術的成效;同時,也說明其在ESG轉型方面,包括高效率電路架構設計、再生環保材料導入及碳足跡盤查與管理等實踐策略。 研究結果顯示,透過數位轉型,C公司成功將研發週期平均縮短3至4週,測試效率提升超過33%;在ESG面向,則有效導入綠色材料與碳足跡管理流程,顯著提升產品進入國際綠色供應鏈的競爭優勢。最後,研究提出三項具體建議:一、深化設計平台化與研發流程數據治理能力;二、建立ESG導向之產品設計標準化管理機制;三、強化技術知識傳承與組織學習架構,以協助企業在數位化與永續轉型的雙軸推動下,同步達成技術創新與永續發展之目標。 With the rapid advancement of generative AI technologies and the growing emphasis on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues, enterprises are facing the dual challenge of digital transformation and sustainable governance. As a critical support system for electronic devices, the power supply industry must not only pursue high performance and reliability in product development but also comply with international standards for energy efficiency and eco-friendly design. This study adopts a case study approach, focusing on the R&D department of Company C, to explore how the organization implements a dual-axis strategy that integrates digital transformation and ESG transformation. The research highlights specific actions taken within the R&D processes and evaluates the outcomes of these transformation efforts. The study first identifies seven major challenges faced by the R&D department, including shortened development cycles, limited platform scalability, low debugging efficiency, inconsistent reporting standards, gaps in technical knowledge transfer, high risks in new platform adoption, and difficulties in promoting sustainable materials. It then analyzes the effectiveness of various digital transformation initiatives, such as the adoption of automated testing platforms, simulation design tools, and BOM integration systems. Furthermore, it examines the company’s ESG practices, including the development of high-efficiency circuit architectures, the use of recycled and eco-friendly materials, and the implementation of carbon footprint tracking and management mechanisms. The findings reveal that digital transformation efforts successfully reduced the average R&D cycle by 3 to 4 weeks and improved testing efficiency by over 33%. On the ESG front, the adoption of green materials and carbon management processes significantly enhanced the competitiveness of products within global green supply chains. Based on these insights, the study proposes three recommendations: (1) strengthen platform-based design and data governance capabilities; (2) establish standardized ESG-oriented product design management frameworks; and (3) enhance knowledge transfer mechanisms and organizational learning systems. These strategies aim to help enterprises achieve both technological innovation and sustainable development through a dual transformation pathway. |
