    Abstract: 為了解決一人多屋的囤房現象，政府於2014年推出「囤房稅」政策，針對除了自住房屋之外，如果還持有一定數量非自住住家房屋的民眾，依照其持有數量的多寡來加價課徵房屋稅。但在探究囤房稅的政策效果之際（無論是對抑制房價、空屋釋出、租金轉嫁），目前的研究似乎都沒有回答一個基本但卻又重要的根本問題：到底是哪些人在囤房？他們又在囤哪種類型的房子？進而，囤房稅到底對哪些人？以及哪種房屋有或沒有效果？因此，本研究則將利用財政部財政資訊中心所提供的各項原始行政資料，串聯不同的檔案後進行研究。我們首先將分析目前囤房者的社經背景與被囤屋的性質為何，進而再以DID計量模型，評估囤房稅對何種囤房者與何種房屋較具政策效果。
