    摘要: 本計畫預計使用我國被行政法院裁判的企業稅務爭議案件，做為我國租稅庇護的樣本。配對其涉及庇護案件之年度公開財務報告，以財報資料估計出我國企業租稅庇護的機率模型。本計畫主要參考Wilson(2009) An Examination of corporate tax shelter Participant及Lisowsky (2010) Seeking Shelter: Empirically Modeling Tax Shelters Using Financial Statement Information。兩篇文章所用模型非常類似，主要分別是在研究美國的企業租稅庇護的樣本。並得出美國企業參與租稅庇護所得機率模型。本計畫預計遵循Wilson(2009)及Lisowsky (2010)的模式，以我國法律資料庫中涉及企業稅賦的租稅爭議案件，進行分析產生租稅庇護的公司其公司特徵，期待建立我國的租稅庇護機率模型。
    This project aim to investigate the characteristics associated with tax shelter participation in Taiwan. Using logistic regression estimate of a binary variable (SHELTER 1 or 0) on a set of variables predicted to be associated with tax sheltering. The tax shelter cases are searched from Taiwan Administrative Court dockets.This project will take Wilson(2009) and Lisowsky (2010) as references. Based on a sample of identified tax shelter participants in Taiwan, to develop a profile of the type of firm that likely engages in tax sheltering.
