Abstract:	台灣目前對美洲人權公約保障體系之裁判手法與司法對話，欠缺專論，遑論較具規模之專書或會議。筆者自身由於始藉由研究組群初探美洲人權公約保障體系，且僅限於特殊性別議題，對該體系之掌握極其有限。故擬以本計畫作為開端，未來或有機會邀集青年學者組成對美洲體系之研究組群甚至舉辦雙邊交流會議。此計畫之執行成果僅為第一步，待能掌握體系特色後，能夠與美洲人權公約保障體系之專家學者甚或實務界人士實質交流。
