    Abstract: 二維過渡金屬二硫族化物是極富潛力的新興奈米材料,極有可能在半導體、光電、綠能、甚至生醫相關產業占據重要地位,因此受到世界各國產官學界的重視,投入大量資金人力研究。台灣的半導體產業是國家的重要經濟支柱,如果要繼續維持領先,就必須悉心留意最新發展並全力支持基礎研究,培育質量俱佳的人才。而拓樸超導體的研究除學理上的重要性,也有關量子電腦的可能發展,值得相關產業關注。本研究計畫所培養研究人才,能將所學應用於高科技業的發展,成為經濟成長的高階人力資源,先前研究計畫參與人員的職涯即為明證。
