    Abstract: 本研究所檢測的動物精神行為異常相關的表現型特徵包含血液中單核細胞、麩胺酸關聯之胺基酸相對量或NMDA受體相關蛋白表達值將可作為神經精神病症的特別鑑別診斷,治療或症狀之生物標記。本計畫實驗將進一步支持補充NMDA受體調節劑,影響甘胺酸調整NMDA受體活性及下游神經訊息傳遞機制,如PI3K/AKT/GSK3,在母體免疫激活下,後代產生精神病的前驅期施予早期干預可以預防成年期精神病性的發作,改善後代的精神行為缺陷狀態及神經化學物質異常。未來研究的新發現將在新藥開發和新穎療法上開啟前瞻性領域,更符合精神疾病相關的預防暨臨床治療需求。
