    Abstract: 本研究目的在探討職場高績效部屬受害者現象,說明主管在面對高績效部屬時,會引發個人忌妒與認定威脅的心理,如此使得高績效部屬產生受害者感受。再者,本研究也探討產生高績效受害者現象的邊際條件,說明主管心理集體性與結果依賴性,及部屬向上逢迎行為在績效表現-受害者感受間的調節角色。此外,本研究也探討高績效受害者與個人結果變項(樂在工作、負向八卦、建言行為、心理健康及身體症狀)間的關係,說明受害者感受對高績效部屬工作態度、工作行為及身心健康的影響效果,由於這些個人結果變項是過去研究較少使用的研究效標,如此可用來釐清職場受害者感受的作用效果。總之,本研究目的在以主管觀點探討高績效部屬之受害者現象,說明其可能的作用歷程與產生的邊際條件。
    This study explores the syndrome of high-performing victim from the viewpoint of boss, because the boss will experience of episodic envy and identity threats when facing the high-performing subordinates, and in turn elicits their self-perception of victimization from the boss. In addition, this study also investigates the moderating role of boss’s psychological collectivism and outcome dependence, subordinate’s ingratiation between the relationship of performance and victimization in order to understand the boundary conditions of high-performing subordinates’ victimization. Next, this study also examines the impacts of victimization on individual performance, such as enjoyment of work, boss-directed negative gossip, voice behavior, psychological health and physical symptoms which are not examined to clarify the consequences of high performance victims in the past researches. In short, the purpose of the present study is designed to investigate the victimization of high-performing subordinates from the boss’s interpersonal harming, and proposes a vertical dyad model to explore the victimization syndrome and its boundary condition in the workplace.
