    Abstract: 在金融科技時代,電子支付的快速發展正影響保險業的運營模式,其中電子化授權(eDDA)是保險公司近幾年開始發展的數位技術。本研究以科技接受模式(TAM)為基礎,探討消費者對eDDA的使用態度,並分析影響其接受行為的核心因素,包括知覺有用性與知覺易用性。此外,本研究同步探討法律規範與金融機構支持兩項外部變數,以及知覺風險等潛在因素,對消費者使用態度產生的直接或間接影響。
    本研究透過問卷調查法,針對國內的消費者進行資料收集,共取得465份有效問卷,資料分析採用結構方程模型(SEM),結果顯示:1.外部變數(法律規範與金融機構支持)對知覺易用性具有顯著正向影響。2.外部變數(法律規範與金融機構支持)對知覺有用性的直接影響不顯著,但透過知覺易用性產生間接影響。3.知覺易用性對知覺有用性具有顯著正向影響。4.知覺易用性與知覺有用性皆顯著影響使用態度。5.知覺風險對使用態度的影響未達顯著。
    最後本研究歸納,消費者對eDDA的接受度主要受其易用性和有用性感知驅動,法律規範與金融機構的支持亦扮演重要角色。
    In the era of fintech, the rapid development of electronic payments is reshaping the operational models of the insurance industry. Among these, Electronic Direct Debit Authorization (eDDA) is a digital technology that insurance companies have recently begun to adopt. This study, grounded in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), explores consumers’ attitudes toward using eDDA and analyzes the core factors influencing their acceptance behavior, including perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. In addition, the study examines the direct and indirect effects of two external variables (legal regulation support and financial institution support), as well as potential factors such as perceived risk, on consumers’ attitudes toward using.
    Data were collected through a questionnaire survey targeting consumers in Taiwan, resulting in 465 valid responses. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed for data analysis. The results indicate that: 1. External variables (support from legal regulations and financial institutions) have a significant positive impact on perceived ease of use. 2. External variables (support from legal regulations and financial institutions) do not have a significant direct effect on perceived usefulness, but they exert an indirect effect via perceived ease of use. 3. Perceived ease of use has a significant positive impact on perceived usefulness. 4. Both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness significantly influence usage attitude. 5. The effect of perceived risk on usage attitude is not significant.
    In conclusion, this study finds that consumers’ acceptance of eDDA is primarily driven by their perceptions of its ease of use and usefulness, with legal regulations and support from financial institutions also playing important roles.
