Abstract: | 以中國文學為主要內容的網頁服務,儘管已有豐富的數位化資料,但是在使用者體驗上較缺乏互動性、呈現較為傳統的畫面設計、以及較欠缺技術維護和系統優化的考量,這些體驗問題讓使用者對於此類內容網頁有著落後於資訊科技發展的感覺。本研究開發網頁服務,除了具備中國文學內容,也考量社群互動功能、介面設計、技術維護和系統優化這三項有利提升使用者體驗的措施。藉由問卷調查與質性訪談,嘗試瞭解本研究的網頁服務對於改善問題的有效性。於網頁服務設計階段,進行線上問卷蒐集填答者關於網站價值主張、網站功能、網站操作、社群互動功能、網站呈現感覺、網站的軟體技術選擇等意見,作為研究動機、研究目標與系統設計之參考,並從敘述統計中分析出系統設計改善指引。於公開部署外網可訪問之網頁服務階段,讓受訪者確實使用後再搭配質性訪談,作為系統設計更深入的改善指引,並從訪談中瞭解對研究動機之看法。綜合網頁服務、質性訪談和問卷量化統計結果,分析出填答者習慣自社群網路獲取中國文學內容,顯示其並不排斥社群網路服務的互動功能;不過,須先具備數位學習的內容,再提升社群互動功能,並具備技術維護和系統優化的考量,才符合填答者期待。年輕化的介面設計意外地較獲得非中文系背景者的支持;而對於網站的軟體技術能否與時俱進,填答者皆表示在意且需要改善。系統檢測部分,CSR的前端服務儘管檢測評等不高,但已控制前端組譯程式碼下載量僅增長到9.6MB;後端服務僅在涉及資料表結合的Web API請求,才沒法通過任一請求耗時小於1秒的嚴苛要求。上述結果分析說明,在實踐填答者與使用者期待的內容網頁的同時,本研究也能調控與優化服務的效能與可靠度;這種以提升使用者體驗為主要的開發方式,即是相比於相關研究的亮點貢獻。本研究之成果,除了能作為提升此類內容網頁的使用者體驗之產品依據,也能作為幫助中國文學跟上資訊科技發展的商業基礎。期許未來既能消弭使用者的誤會感覺,更讓中國文學內容在數位生活中被優雅從容地認識與享受。 The web content services that primarily featuring Chinese literature, despite offering a wealth of digitized content, often suffer from limited interactivity, relatively traditional interface designs, and inadequate attention to technical maintenance and system optimization. These shortcomings contribute to the perception that such content-focused platforms lag behind current advancements in information technology. This study develops a web content service that, alongside featuring Chinese literature content, incorporates three key measures to enhance user experience: community interaction features, refined interface design, and thoughtful approaches to technical maintenance and system optimization. Through surveys and qualitative interviews, the study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed service in addressing these challenges. During the phase of designing web content service, an online questionnaire was conducted to collect respondents' opinions on various aspects such as the website's value proposition, functionality, UI/UX, community interaction features, website perception, and website technology stack. These inputs informed the research motivation, objectives, and system design, with descriptive statistics used to derive recommendations for improving system design. Following the public deployment of the web content service on an externally accessible network, participants were invited to use the system before engaging in qualitative interviews. The findings provided in-depth guidance for refining the system design and understanding views on the research motivation. By synthesizing findings from the web content service, qualitative interviews, and quantitative survey data, this research reveals that respondents habitually acquire Chinese literature content through social media, indicating no aversion to interactive features within social networking services. However, to meet respondent expectations, the platform should first establish digital learning content before enhancing community interaction features, while also considering technical maintenance and system optimization. Interestingly, a youthful interface design received stronger support from individuals without a specialization in Chinese literature or related fields. Additionally, respondents expressed concern about whether the website technology stack could keep pace with advancements and saw this as a necessary area for enhancement. In the system testing phase, although the Client-side rendering (CSR) frontend service received a relatively low evaluation score, it successfully controlled the compiled code download size, limiting the increase to only 9.6MB. On the backend, the service met expectations in most cases, except for Web API requests involving database table joins, which failed to meet the strict requirement of keeping any request processing time under one second. The analysis of these results demonstrates that while implementing such a content-focused web content service aligned with respondents’ and users’ expectations, this study also controls and optimizes the service’s performance and reliability. The emphasis on enhancing user experience in the development process represents a notable contribution of this study compared to related research. The outcomes of this study serve as a basis for enhancing user experience of such content-focused web content services, and also provide a commercial foundation for assisting Chinese literature in keeping up with advancements in information technology. In the future, it is anticipated that these efforts will not only dispel users’ misconceptions but also allow Chinese literature content to be discovered and enjoyed gracefully in the digital realm. |
