    Abstract: 本研究欲探討台灣鋰電池模組廠商跨足AI伺服器備用電池模組市場的可行性,以S公司為案例進行深入分析。在全球AI技術快速發展和數據中心需求激增的背景下,BBU (Battery Backup Unit) 市場呈現快速增長趨勢,為台灣電池模組廠商帶來新的發展機遇。
    本研究採用質性研究方法,結合深度訪談和次級資料分析,運用PEST分析、五力分析、關鍵成功因素分析等工具,全面評估BBU市場的現況和S公司的競爭優勢。
    研究結果顯示,S公司在BBU市場具有顯著的競爭優勢,包括強大的技術實力、優秀的產品性能和可靠性、敏銳的市場洞察力以及全球化的供應鏈布局。然而,S公司也面臨著來自現有競爭者的威脅和上游供應商的高議價能力等挑戰。
    基於研究發現,本文提出了一系列策略建議,包括加強技術創新、優化全球供應鏈佈局、提升產品客製化能力、加強與關鍵供應商的戰略合作等,希望這些建議可幫助正在BBU市場中的企業們保持並強化其競爭優勢。
    This study aims to explore the feasibility of Taiwanese lithium battery module manufacturers entering the AI server market, with a deep analysis of Company S as a case study. Against the backdrop of rapidly developing global AI technology and surging data center demand, the BBU (Battery Backup Unit) market is showing a rapid growth trend, bringing new development opportunities for Taiwanese battery module manufacturers.
    This research adopts qualitative research methods, combining in-depth interviews and secondary data analysis, utilizing tools such as PEST analysis, Five Forces analysis, and key success factors analysis to comprehensively evaluate the current situation of the BBU market and Company S's competitive advantages.
    The research results show that Company S has significant competitive advantages in the BBU market, including strong technical capabilities, excellent product performance and reliability, keen market insight, and a globalized supply chain layout. However, Company S also faces challenges such as threats from existing competitors and high bargaining power from upstream suppliers.
    Based on the research findings, this paper proposes a series of strategic recommendations intended to help companies in the BBU market maintain and strengthen their competitive advantages.
