    摘要: 近年來,隨著半導體需求的增加,又有不可預期的情況發生,企業倉庫 選址在供應鏈管理中變得至關重要。本研究旨在利用分析層級程序法(AHP) 評估半導體行業,和個案公司I對倉庫選址策略的優劣。透過專家問卷調查收 集數據,並對成本、可靠性、靈活性、供應及需求風險等五個主要準則,十 二個屬性進行了權重分析,並計算出替代方案的權重,來得出最合理的解決 方案。 研究結果顯示,成本和可靠性是選擇倉庫位置的最關鍵因素,其屬性層 面則會根據替代方案的不同而有明顯差異,可以得出兩個替代方案皆有不可 取代的因素。本研究為半導體公司提供了一個系統化的選址評估方法,結合 了業界前輩的觀點及現實層面的考量,根據個案公司現況提出最佳解決方案 及未來建議方向,實務上幫助半導體廠商釐清決策時短期或長期策略中最優 先的考量因素。
    In recent years, as the demand for semiconductors has increased and unpredictable situations have occurred, corporate warehouse location selection has become crucial in supply chain management. This study aims to use the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the warehouse location strategy of the semiconductor industry and case company I. Data were collected through expert questionnaires, and weight analysis was conducted on five main criteria, including cost, reliability, flexibility, supply and demand risk, and twelve attributes, and the weights of alternatives were calculated to arrive at the most reasonable solution. The research results show that cost and reliability are the most critical factors in choosing a warehouse location, and their attributes will vary significantly depending on the alternatives. It can be concluded that both alternatives have irreplaceable factors. This study provides a systematic site selection evaluation method for semiconductor companies. It combines the views of industry predecessors and practical considerations, proposes the best solution and future suggestions based on the current situation of the case company, and helps semiconductor manufacturers clarify their decisions in practice. The most important consideration in short-term or long-term strategies.
