    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討大學生社會支持、社會適應與學習成效的關聯性。本研究採用問卷調查法,以閩臺聯合培養人才項目班大學生為研究對象,發放網路調查問卷,回收959份有效問卷,分別以描述性統計、t考驗、變異數分析、相關分析、結構方程模式等統計方法加以分析。主要研究發現如下:
    一、閩臺項目大學生感知的社會支持、社會適應與學習成效現況良好。
    二、閩臺項目大學生感知的社會支持、社會適應與學習成效三者間具有正向關聯。
    三、閩臺項目大學生的社會支持、社會適應和學習成效在性別、年級、生源地、家庭經濟狀況、赴台學習經歷、閩臺項目合作模式、福建就读高校類型、台灣合作高校類型等變項上的差異顯著。
    四、閩臺項目大學生的社會支持、社會適應與學習成效具有適配度評鑑良好的結構方程模式。
    五、閩臺項目大學生之社會支持可透過社會適應的完全中介效应正向地影響學習成效。
    最後,根據以上研究發現得出研究結論並提出相關建議。
    This study aims to explore the relationship between college students' social support, social adaptation and learning outcomes. This study adopted the questionnaire survey method, with college students in the Joint Talent Training Program between Fujian and Taiwan Universities as the research subjects, distributed online questionnaires, and collected 959 valid questionnaires. Descriptive statistics, t-test, variance analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation modeling and other statistical methods were used to analyze the data. The main findings are as follows:
    1. The social support, social adaptation and learning outcomes of college students in the Fujian-Taiwan cooperation project are good.
    2. There is a positive correlation between social support, social adaptation and learning outcomes of college students in the Fujian-Taiwan project.
    3. Demographic variables, including gender, grade, place of origin, family economic status, experience of studying in Taiwan, cooperation model of Fujian-Taiwan project, type of university in Fujian, type of cooperative university in Taiwan, show significant differences in social support, social adaptation and learning outcomes of college students of Fujian-Taiwan project.
    4. The structural equation model used to evaluate the relationships of social support, social adaptation and learning outcomes of college students in the Fujian-Taiwan project has good fit evaluation.
    5. Social support of college students in the Fujian-Taiwan project can positively affect learning outcomes through the complete mediating effect of social adaptation.
    Finally, based on the above research findings, research conclusions are drawn and relevant suggestions are put forward.
