    Abstract: 據統計,創業存活率不到一成,且隨時間推移甚至更低。在這個快速整合的商業時代,將已驗證的經營模式複製至新事業已成為企業拓展的首要策略。然而,這並非單純的「複製貼上」,而是涉及多種複雜因素。有鑑於此,本研究旨在探討企業在複製商業模式時所面臨的問題:(1)在複製商業模式至新事業體的過程中,九大構面的複製順序依序為何? (2)在九大構面複製的過程中,哪些因素會影響複製的成功率?

    本研究以商業模式圖與基礎資源觀點為分析架構,採用個案研究法,以再生能源產業為研究對象。透過訪談該企業創辦人及相關主管,並分析其商業模式的複製過程,歸納出以下結論:
    1. 商業模式的複製順序通常先由財務面完整轉移,接著逐步引進並整合技術面,最後實現通路面的資源共享。
    2. 除了商業模式本身外,產業熱度、原始商業模式的成熟度,以及雙方企業文化的相互融合程度,皆是影響複製成功率的重要因素。
    According to statistics, the survival rates of new ventures are less than ten percent, and it decreases even further over time. In today’s era of rapid business integration, duplicating a proven business model for new ventures has become a primary strategy for corporate expansion. However, this is not a mere “copy and paste” exercise, but rather one that involves a variety of complex factors. In light of this, this study aims to explore two issues firms face when duplicating their business models: What is the order of duplicating the nine main dimensions when transferring an existing and proven business model to a new venture? During this duplication process, which factors influence the likelihood of success?

    This study uses the Business Model Canvas and the Resource-Based View as its analytical frameworks. Employing a case study method and focusing on the renewable energy industry, we conducted interviews with the founder and relevant executives of the company and derive the following conclusions:
    1. The duplication order of a business model typically begins with fully transferring financial aspects, then gradually introduces and integrates technical aspects, and finally realizes resource sharing in the distribution channels.
    2. In addition to the business model itself, industry momentum, the maturity of the original business model, and the degree of corporate cultural integration between the two enterprises are crucial factors influencing the success of the duplication.
