Title:	發展性視導可行方案調查研究 A Survey Study on Feasible Developmental Supervision Models

Abstract:	發展性視導主張應依教師的不同發展提供相異的視導策略。本研究參考發展性視導的理念，衡酌當前臺灣教師專業發展生態，研擬不同職涯階段（如初任、中階、資深／專家等）教師的可行教學視導方案與內涵，以利確保不同發展層次教師的教學品質，並調查教師對不同職涯發展階段教師規劃之不同視導方案的認同情形，以提供相關單位參考。 Developmental supervision advocates that different supervision strategies should be provided according to the different development of teachers. This study refers to the concept of developmental supervision and weighs the current professional development ecology of teachers in Taiwan, to formulates feasible teaching supervision plans and connotations for teachers at different career stages (such as beginning, intermediate, senior/expert...) to ensure teaching quality of teachers at different development levels. It also investigates teachers’ recognition of different supervision plans for teachers at different career development stages, and provide reference for relevant units.
