    Abstract: 本計畫將以電腦輔助診斷處理4種支氣管鏡中的病變型態，將低劑量電腦斷層目前無法識別出在轉換為浸潤性癌之前的增生性支氣管上皮和原位癌以支氣管鏡影像進行評估，透過機器學習+臨床特徵量化(包括形狀、強度、色彩、紋理)以及卷積神經網路的自動化特徵將能達到量化、有效率、一致、客觀的診斷評估，早期發現早期治療，減少醫療花費與社會成本，並探索最高準確率背後的原因，以期協助將人工智慧應用於醫學臨床。
