    Abstract: 初任教職前幾年為教師生涯發展中最具挑戰性與關鍵性時期,許多先進國家對初任教師培訓協助初任教師適應教學環境。台灣初任教師的專業發展機制較未完備。成功案例法為透過尋找和辨別關鍵影響決定因素(key impact-determining factors)的過程,以證明培訓的重要性或進行培訓計畫的改進。本研究擬以成功案例法評鑑初任教師培訓方案,以台北市教學輔導教師方案為例,第一年界定影響模型及成功案例調查,第二年為成功案例深度訪查以確認關鍵影響因素,第三年進行成功案例共享協作,以提升該方案之培訓成效,並提供教育當局參考。
