Abstract:	2023年10月，美國國際貿易委員會(International Trade Commission)於調查後依美國1930年關稅法(the Tariff Act of 1930)第337條，對於Apple公司產銷之9系列以及Ultra 2機型的智慧手錶，作出禁止進口之處分，主要理由為該等智慧手錶內之光感脈搏血氧量檢測(light-based pulse oximetry)機能與元件侵害Masimo公司之相關專利，引起軒然大波。
