| Abstract: | 隨著全球經濟結構的快速變化及技術創新的不斷推進，企業文化的適應性與創新能力對於維持公司的競爭力日益重要。本研究以俄羅斯科技企業公司Yandex 為案例，探討其在國家經濟政策和社會結構變革期間，如何透過企業文化的策略性調整與創新來應對市場的挑戰並保持其市場領導地位。通過綜合文獻回顧與深入案例分析的方法，探討 Yandex 企業文化在促進組織靈活性和策略創新中的關鍵角色，並藉由 PESTEL 和 SWOT 分析工具，全面評估了影響企業發展的內外部因素。
本研究發現，Yandex 的企業文化特徵為強烈的創新驅動和技術導向，這些文化屬性不僅促進了公司技術的快速發展，也支持了其在國際市場上的擴展。透過對企業文化關鍵變革點的識別與分析，本研究確認了 Yandex 如何在俄羅斯以及全球市場中有效應對經濟政策調整和市場環境變化的挑戰。此外，Yandex 通過不斷調整其組織行為和管理策略，展現了其文化的適應性和創新能力，這在其快速回應外部環境變化並把握市場機遇中發揮了關鍵作用。
本研究的理論貢獻在於深化了對企業文化在科技產業中的作用，並對俄羅斯及類似國家的科技企業提供經驗。透過此研究，未來學者可以進一步探索文化策略與組織效能之間的聯繫，以及在不同經濟與文化背景下企業文化調整的普遍性和特殊性。此外，研究建議相關企業在策略規劃時，更應重視文化資源的整合與創新能力的培養，以增強其長期的市場競爭力。
In an era of swift global economic restructuring and relentless technological innovation, the agility and capacity for innovation within corporate culture are crucial for maintaining competitive advantage. This research takes Yandex, a leading Russian technology enterprise, as a case study to investigate how it strategically adjusts and innovates its corporate culture in response to shifts in national economic policies and social structures. Through an extensive literature review and detailed case analysis, the study underscores the critical role of Yandex’s corporate culture in fostering organizational flexibility and strategic innovation. The research employs PESTEL and SWOT analyses to thoroughly evaluate the internal and external factors shaping the company’s development. The findings illustrate that Yandex’s corporate culture, characterized by a strong drive for innovation and technological orientation, has not only accelerated technological advancements but also supported its international market expansion. By identifying and examining key transformation points within its corporate culture, this study demonstrates how Yandex effectively addresses challenges arising from changes in economic policies and market conditions both domestically and globally. Moreover, Yandex’s continual adjustments in organizational behavior and management strategies highlight its cultural adaptability and innovative capacity, crucial for promptly responding to external changes and seizing market opportunities. This study enhances the understanding of corporate culture's role in the technology sector and offers valuable insights for technology companies in Russia and similar contexts. It sets the stage for future research to further explore the relationship between cultural strategies and organizational effectiveness across different economic and cultural settings. Additionally, the study advises enterprises to prioritize integrating cultural resources and fostering innovation in their strategic planning to enhance long term market competitiveness. |
