Abstract: | 文史機構中所典藏的各式音樂檔案,為音樂研究中十分重要的一環,乘載音樂家與作品的信息,亦洞悉著另一個時空的音樂美學價值。國外專門典藏單位致力於保存和研究重要作曲家遺產,藉由保存維護作業將散亂的音樂檔案蒐集並整合為一體,成為方便查詢和後繼研究的歷史文獻,提供給研究者、音樂學者和愛好者深入欣賞珍貴的音樂文化,完整發揮珍貴文化資產的功能。然而,臺灣有著豐富的傳統音樂文化,相較於西方國家在音樂檔案保存維護的百年歷史和經驗,僅少數機構致力於蒐集保存臺灣的音樂檔案,保存維護相關工作經驗仍顯不足。 本研究透過文獻探討,了解保存維護理論、音樂紙質檔案的類型以及國內外音樂紙質檔案保存維護措施,並對典藏機構人員進行深度訪談,分析典藏機構館藏概況、保存維護作業現況、執行的困難與挑戰,最終提出臺灣文史機構對於音樂紙質檔案保存維護之建議,包含建立聯合目錄和藏品清單、音樂紙質檔案保存維護作業標準參考、特殊音樂紙質檔案保存措施、藏品分級的必要性以及保存維護之學術活動推廣。 The music archives housed in cultural and historical institutions are essential to music research, carrying information about musicians and their works, while also providing insights into the aesthetic values of different historical periods. Specialized archival institutions abroad are dedicated to preserving and studying the legacies of significant composers. Through preservation efforts, they collect and integrate scattered music archives, transforming them into accessible historical documents for future research. In contrast, Taiwan, despite its rich traditional music culture, has limited experience in the preservation and maintenance of music archives compared to Western countries, which have a century-long history and expertise in this field. Only a few institutions in Taiwan are dedicated to the collection and preservation of music archives, highlighting the need for more comprehensive preservation efforts. This study uses literature review to understand preservation theories, types of music paper archives, and preservation measures for music paper archives. Additionally, in-depth interviewed with employees from archival institutions are conducted to analyze the current status of collections, current state of preservation and maintenance, difficulties, and challenges. Finally, propose recommendations for the preservation and maintenance of music paper archives by Taiwanese cultural and historical institutions. These recommendations include establishing a union catalog and inventory list, creating reference standards for preservation and maintenance practices, implementing special preservation measures for unique music paper archives, emphasizing the necessity of collection grading, and promoting academic activities related to preservation. |
