    Abstract: 因應社群平台策略與演算法變遷、用戶結構、虛擬環境競爭,Facebook粉絲專頁經營必須與時俱進。儘管經營者竭力經營,社群用戶的黏著度與忠誠度仍難以捉摸。非營利組織與公益類型的Facebook粉絲專頁經營更面臨著將目標轉化為實質效益的挑戰。對於宮廟而言,經營Facebook粉絲專頁以創造流量、吸引信眾至關重要。另,高品質內容是吸引流量的關鍵,能引起用戶興趣、增加互動,進而提高粉絲數和曝光率。與時俱進且受社群用戶、粉絲關注的「正向價值」內容,不僅能吸引特定族群,更能產生流量效益、帶來粉絲忠誠的動能。而行銷宣傳的多樣化則攸關流量來源,透過影片、直播等虛實整合的經營手法是必要策略。宮廟經營Facebook粉絲專頁是拓展流量的重要戰術,線上線下整合經營可常保其受關注度。創造流量、提升品牌指名度與粉絲轉換率,持續創新為宮廟經營挹注新量能,邁向永續發展。
    In response to changes in social platform strategies and algorithms, user structure, and virtual environment competition, Facebook fan page management must keep pace with the times. Despite the best efforts of operators, the stickiness and loyalty of community users are still elusive. Non-profit organizations and charity-type Facebook fan pages face the challenge of converting goals into substantial benefits. For temples, it is crucial to operate Facebook fan pages to create traffic and attract believers. In addition, high-quality content is the key to attracting traffic, which can arouse user interest and increase interaction, thereby increasing the number of fans and exposure. "Positive value" content that keeps pace with the times and attracts attention from community users and fans can not only attract specific groups, but also generate traffic benefits and drive fan loyalty. The diversification of marketing promotions is related to the source of traffic. The integration of virtual and real business methods through videos, live broadcasts, etc. is a necessary strategy. Operating Facebook fan pages for palaces and temples is an important tactic to expand traffic. Integrating online and offline operations can maintain their attention. Create traffic, improve brand recognition and fan conversion rate, and continue to innovate to inject new energy into the temple's operations and move towards sustainable development.
