    Abstract: 企業的永續經營策略不只是體現其道德責任,也是一種深思熟慮的 商業戰略,現代企業逐漸從單純追求利潤轉向承擔社會與環境責任。以 R 公司為例,一家創新型電動汽車製造商,面對激烈的市場競爭,選擇擴展 至電動自行車市場,利用其在電動車領域的專業知識,同時承續環境永續 的承諾。
    本研究通過波特五力模型和 SWOT 分析,評估 R 公司進入電動自行 車市場的競爭力和挑戰,考察市場的現狀及發展趨勢,發現電動自行車在 應對全球氣候變遷和城市交通擁堵中顯示出巨大的市場潛力。
    結果顯示,R 公司的技術轉移和適應有助於其快速在市場上佔據優 勢,並將持續探索與城市交通系統的整合,推動產品和技術創新,以維持 市場領先地位。
    The sustainability strategies of enterprises not only embody their ethical responsibilities but also represent a well-considered business strategy. Modern companies are increasingly shifting from a profit maximization focus towards embracing social and environmental responsibilities. The R Company, an innovative electric vehicle manufacturer, for example, facing intense market competition, it opted to expand into the electric bicycle market, leveraging its expertise in electric vehicle technology while continuing to uphold its commitment to environmental sustainability.
    This study utilizes Porter's Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis to assess R Company's competitive strength and challenges as it enters the electric bicycle market, examining the current state and trends of the market. It finds that electric bicycles show significant market potential in addressing global climate change and urban traffic congestion.
    The results indicate that R Company's technology transfer and adaptation enable it to rapidly obtain a competitive position in the market. The company will continue to explore integration with urban transportation systems and drive product and technological innovations to maintain its leading position in the market.
