| Abstract: | HaveNsday 是一個專門為在台外籍群體服務的租賃業務。我們的使命是通過為國際學生、外派人士以及尋求國際連結的台灣人提供共居住房和雙語租賃平台，來解決外籍住戶面臨的租賃挑戰，如透明度不足、行政手續複雜及語言障礙等。我們在利基市場中脫穎而出，提供高品質、舒適的生活體驗，確保一個安全便捷的住宿平台，同時為房東提供一個簡化、省心的租賃流程。
我們的收入模式基於共居住房穩定的租金收入以及來自房東的物業管理服務佣金費用。我們預計在五年內達成 18,432,888 新台幣的收入。為了實現我們的目標，我們正在尋求 8,604,814 新台幣的初期資本投資，以覆蓋家電設備、翻修、訂金和網站開發的成本。
憑藉對未來的明確願景，HaveNsday 旨在成為外籍租賃利基市場的領導者，推動創新，並為我們的客戶提供卓越的價值。
HaveNsday is a rental business dedicated to serving foreign groups in Taiwan. Our mission is to resolve rental challenges such as lack of transparency, administrative complexities, and language barriers faced by foreign residents by offering co-living housing and a bilingual rental platform for international students, expatriates, and Taiwanese individuals seeking international connections. We distinguish ourselves in the niche market by providing a premium living experience characterized by quality and comfort, ensuring a safe and convenient accommodation platform, and offering landlords a streamlined, hassle-free rental process.
Our revenue model is based on steady rental income from co-living housing and commission fees from property management services for landlords. We project revenues of 18,432,888 NTD within five years. To achieve our objectives, we are seeking an initial capital investment of 8,604,814 NTD to cover costs for home appliances, renovations, down payments, and website development.
With a clear vision for the future, HaveNsday aims to become a leader in the niche market for foreign rentals, driving innovation and delivering exceptional value to our customers. |
