    Title: 新北市公立國民小學教師知覺校長正向領導、職場浮力與教職幸福感之關係研究

    Abstract: 本研究旨在探究新北市國民小學教師知覺校長正向領導、職場浮力與教職幸福感之現況、相關情形及其結構模式。研究方法為問卷調查法。本研究之問卷資料採用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、使用process檢測中介效果進行統計分析。

    基於研究結果與討論,歸納出以下結論:
    一、新北市國民小學教師知覺校長正向領導具中高程度;
    二、新北市國民小學教師職場浮力具中高程度;
    三、新北市國民小學教職幸福感具中高程度;
    四、不同性別、年齡、任教年資、任教職務對校長正向領導具有顯著差異;
    五、不同性別、年齡、任教年資、任教職務對職場浮力具有顯著差異;
    六、不同年齡、任教年資、任教職務對教職幸福感具有顯著差異;
    七、新北市國民小學之教師知覺校長正向領導、職場浮力與教職幸福感之
    各構面及整體間呈現顯著正相關;
    八、職場浮力在校長正向領導與教職幸福感具有部分中介效果;

    最後,根據研究結果提出相關建議,俾提供後續研究之參考。
    This study aimed to explore the current situation, correlations, and structural model of teachers perceive Principals' positive leadership,Workplace Buoyancy, and Teachers’ occupational well-being among Public Elementary school teachers in New Taipei City. The research method used is a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire data of this study were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent sample t-tests, one-way ANOVA, and statistical analysis of mediation effects using the PROCESS method.

    Based on the research results and discussion, the following conclusions are summarized:
    1. Public Elementary school teachers in New Taipei City perceive a medium to
    high level of Principals' positive leadership;
    2. Public Elementary school teachers in New Taipei City possess a medium to
    high level of Workplace Buoyancy;
    3. Public Elementary school teachers in New Taipei City exhibit a medium to
    high level of Teachers’ occupational well-being;
    4. There are significant differences in Principals' positive leadership among teachers of different genders, ages, years of teaching experience, and positions held;
    5. There are significant differences in Workplace Buoyancy among teachers of different genders, ages, years of teaching experience, and positions held;
    6. There are significant differences in Teachers’ occupational well-being among teachers of different ages, years of teaching experience, and positions held;
    7. There is a significant positive correlation between perceived Principals'positive leadership, Workplace Buoyancy, and Teachers’ occupational well-being in various dimensions and overall among Public Elementary school teachers in New Taipei City;
    8. Workplace Buoyancy partially mediates the relationship between Principals'positive leadership and Teachers’ occupational well-being.

    Finally, based on the research results, relevant suggestions are proposed for reference in subsequent studies.
