    摘要: 自2018年中美貿易戰爆發以來,全球經濟格局發生了顯著變化。許多公司為了應對地緣政治緊張局勢所帶來的風險,選擇將生產基地遷移,以實現供應鏈多元化。這種供應鏈戰略的轉變充分展示了公司在市場環境變化中動態響應的能力,同時能夠繼續滿足需求。這些戰略調整通常包括將製造業從中國轉移到受高關稅影響較小的其他國家。以A公司為例,探討如何在不穩定的經濟環境中保持競爭優勢和運營穩定性。重點將放在伺服器生產、人工智能開發和風險多元化等領域。
    Since the onset of the China-U.S. trade war in 2018, global economic dynamics have been significantly impacted. In response, many companies have adapted by relocating their production sites to diversify risks associated with geopolitical tensions. This shift in supply chain strategy is a critical demonstration of a company's ability to dynamically respond to changing market conditions while continuing to meet demand. These strategic adjustments often involve moving manufacturing from China to other countries perceived as being less affected by high tariffs. Taking Company A as an example, let's explore how to maintain competitive advantages and operational stability in a volatile economic environment. The focus will be on areas such as server production, AI development, and risk diversification.
