Abstract:	我的目標是制定一項商業計劃，以幫助和支援我的國家的許多人，包括我自己，他們在獲得醫療保健方面面臨重大困難。多年來，我觀察到政府或醫院和診所缺乏可靠的應用程式或網路服務，無法有效管理患者的預訂和諮詢。許多人仍然不得不在淩晨 3 點或 4 點到達醫院，經常在外面睡到第二天早上，以確保排隊等候治療。通常的做法是，在不同醫院的新摺頁冊中填寫個人資訊並申報醫療狀況，這些摺頁冊必須保留以備病史使用。丟失這本摺頁冊意味著重複該過程並訪問兩家以上的醫院會導致多本摺頁冊。雖然一些醫院通過其網站或應用程式提供在線預訂，但這些系統經常超載，容易發生故障，並遭受不準確和虛假網站的困擾。我想建立一家為患者提供預約、資訊和遠端醫療諮詢服務的企業。通過集中資訊並與盡可能多的醫院和診所合作，我們可以為患者提供一個用於預訂排隊號碼或首選醫生的單一平臺，並促進在線諮詢，無需下載多個應用程式或訪問各種網站。 I aim to develop a business plan to help and support many people in my country, including myself, who face significant struggles with accessing healthcare. For years, I have observed the lack of a reliable app or web service from either the government or hospitals and clinics that can efficiently manage patient bookings and consultations. Many people still have to arrive at hospitals as early as 3 or 4 AM, often sleeping outside until the next morning to secure a queue number for treatment. It is common practice to fill out personal information and declare medical conditions in new booklets at different hospitals, which must be kept for medical history. Losing this booklet means repeating the process and visiting more than two hospitals results in multiple booklets. While a few hospitals offer online booking through their websites or apps, these systems are often overloaded, prone to breakdowns and suffer from inaccuracies and fake websites. I would like to establish a business that provides booking, information and telehealth consultation services to patients. By centralizing information and collaborating with as many hospitals and clinics as possible, we can offer patients a single platform for booking queue numbers or preferred doctors and facilitate online consultations, eliminating the need to download multiple apps or visit various websites.
